Terms and conditions

1. The dog must arrive in good health, clean, flea treated, fully vaccinated in date, and wormed in date. We do not except ill or sick dogs

2. All feed and treats for the stay must be supplied for the duration of the stay.

3. We do not take dogs that are aggressive towards people or animals or covered by the Dangerous Dog Act 1991.

4. In the unlikely event that your dog gets injured or sick then we will do our best to contact you or your emergency contact to agree to take them to a vet, if possible the one nominated on the booking form. If we are unable to make contact, we reserve the right to go to the nominated vet or our vet immediately. Any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

5. All behavioural problems and characteristics, health conditions and allergies must be disclosed on the booking form. Excessive barking, whining, aggressive behaviour, house training issues, or anything else that's not disclosed on the booking form resulting in your dog not being suitable for home boarding will be in breach of our conditions and result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. Dogs must be collected the same day . No refunds will be given. This is very unlikely would happen .

6. There is a minimum 2 nights stay for night stays prior to which we need to have a meet greet before your stay to make sure that your dog is comfortable and suitable for dog Hotel home boarding. Day stay not a minimum of 2 days you can just come and stay for day boarding after we have met your pet Depending if we have not booked night stays .

7. Deposits must be paid when booking is confirmed and the balance on day of check in.

8. Deposits are not refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the start of the booking.

9. We will not board dogs from different households at the same time - only dogs from same household. The only other dog in the house will be our own and she will be kept separately.

10. Your dog will always be fed separately away from the rest of the house .

11. We only accept dogs from 18 months old to 9 years old .
